The Mansfield facility occupies a 17-acre former steel foundry site in DeSoto Parish, Louisiana. Over 300,000 square feet of repurposed industrial infrastructure supports both hot-finished and cold-drawn seamless pipe production with an installed capacity of 88,000 short tons (80,000 MT) per annum.

The plant serves oil and gas, power generation, petrochemical, and general industrial markets across the United States, Canada and Mexico, providing a domestic supply option with shorter lead times and smaller releases.
