Global Seamless produces cold-drawn seamless (CDS) tubes by drawing hot-finished mother tubes through a die at ambient temperature. This cold-working process refines the grain structure, tightens dimensional tolerances to ±0.10 mm on OD, and delivers a superior surface finish.
CDS tubes are preferred for heat exchangers, superheaters, hydraulic cylinders, instrumentation, and any application where precise wall thickness control, concentricity, and surface quality directly affect performance and service life.
