Global Seamless produces cold-pilgered tubes using a reciprocating die and mandrel process that incrementally reduces OD and WT with exceptional dimensional control. Pilger milling achieves wall thickness ratios and concentricity levels unattainable by conventional cold drawing.
Cold-pilgered tubes are specified where extreme precision is non-negotiable — nuclear fuel cladding, aerospace hydraulics, medical devices, high-pressure instrumentation, and premium heat exchanger applications.
