NAUPALA · ORIGIN PLANT

Naupala, West Bengal

30,000 MT
Integrated HFS + CDS manufacturing with MPM continuous rolling mill, elongator, cold draw benches, heat treatment furnaces (normalizing, annealing, Q&T), bright annealing line, hydrostatic testing, and full NDT capability (ECT, UT, MPI). NABL-accredited in-house laboratory.
PANCHLA · EXPANSION PLANT

Panchla, West Bengal

30,000 MT
Dedicated cold-drawn seamless facility with stainless steel division and RDSO-approved air brake pipe production line. Expanded cold-drawing capacity with pilger mill, pickling and phosphating line, bright annealing, and independent testing laboratory.
PRODUCTION CAPABILITY

Four product lines across two plants.

Hot Finished Seamless (HFS)

MPM continuous rolling mill, rotary piercing, elongator, and sizing mill. OD range 10–168.3 mm, WT 0.89–14 mm. Carbon and alloy steel grades.

Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS)

Multi-pass cold draw benches and pilger mill. Pickling, phosphating, and bright annealing. OD range 6–101.6 mm with precision tolerances.

Stainless Steel Seamless

Grades 304, 316, 321 and duplex. Bright-annealed and pickled finish. OD range 6–88.9 mm for heat exchanger, process piping, and instrumentation.

Air Brake Pipes

RDSO-approved production at Panchla. Seamless air brake pipe assemblies for Indian Railways rolling stock and wagon applications.

Heat Treatment

Normalizing, annealing, quench-and-temper, stress relief, and bright annealing furnaces across both plants. Controlled atmosphere capability.

Testing & NDT

NABL-accredited laboratory. Hydrostatic testing, ECT, UT, MPI, mechanical testing, chemical analysis, and metallographic examination.
