Chemical process environments demand tube materials that resist the specific corrosion mechanisms of each process stream. Global Seamless supplies the full spectrum: TP304/316 austenitic stainless for general chemical service, duplex 2205 for chloride-bearing streams, and alloy steel piping for elevated-temperature reactors and heat exchangers.
All stainless and duplex tubes are solution-annealed, pickled, passivated, and supplied with full corrosion test reports and MTCs to EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2.
