Seamless
Air Brake Pipes
High-pressure and low-medium pressure air brake pipes manufactured under IBR & PED certification — engineered for steam generation, superheaters, reheaters, economizers and water walls.
Seamless boiler pipes and tubes
OVERVIEW
Built to handle the heat.
Boiler tubes form the heart of any steam-generating system — from supercritical thermal power plants to industrial process heaters. The performance demands are unforgiving: sustained high temperatures, cyclical pressure loads and creep resistance over decades.
Our air brake pipes are produced through both Hot Finished Seamless (HFS) and Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS) routes, with full traceability from billet to finished tube. Every tube is hydrostatically tested up to 5,000 PSI and inspected through Eddy Current and Ultrasonic NDT before dispatch.
✓ IBR & PED 2014/68/EU certified for boiler service
✓ Suitable up to 600°C operating temperature (P91/T91)
✓ Bright annealing furnace for optimized microstructure
✓ 100% NDT — Hydrostatic, Eddy Current, Ultrasonic
✓ Mill Test Certificate to EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2
