High-Pressure Boiler Tubes

ASTM A192 / ASME SA-192 seamless carbon steel boiler tubes for high-pressure service, available dual certified.
ASTM A192 boiler tubes
OVERVIEW

Carbon steel tubes for high-pressure boilers.

ASTM A192 covers seamless carbon steel boiler and superheater tubes for high-pressure service. ASME adopts it as SA-192 for boilers built to the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
A192 tubes may be hot finished or cold drawn; cold-drawn tubes are heat treated after the final draw. We supply A192 dual certified to ASME SA-192 where the order requires, cut to length, with hydrostatic or nondestructive testing and an MTR stating heat number and country of melt.
✓   Seamless carbon steel for high-pressure service
✓   Dual certification to ASME SA-192
✓   Hot finished or cold drawn
✓   Hardness 77 HRB max
✓   Cut lengths, hydro or NDE testing, full MTR
