OD, wall thickness, length
Quantity and delivery schedule
End-use application or service
Operating temperature and pressure
Surface or finish requirements
Supplementary testing (impact, hardness, flattening)
MTC type (EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2)
Third-party inspection (TPI) requirements
Drawings, data sheets, or PO excerpts
Delivery terms and destination
